Emma Wheat has been running the local Rosemary Conley Dietand Fitness Club since April 2006 and would like to help you become slimmer, trimmer, fitter and healthier in 2008.

We offer diet and exercise combined...
Our classes differ to those of other slimming clubs in the area in that we not only offer dietary advice and a diet plan but also include with your class an optional exercise class. This means that as you lose weight you also manage to tone up your body. So not only do you feel great about losing weight but you also look great!

Classes local to you...
Each week I run seven classes in the Wrexham area, where members take part in one of my special slimming and exercise classes. Why not come along and see what I can do for you?

If you are thinking of joining on your own, as many of my members do, there is no need to worry: you are soon amongst friends at a Rosemary Conley class. It doesn’t matter if you have got a little or a large amount of weight to lose. We can help you and we are with you every step of the way.

Suitable for all levels of ability...
I make the toning and aerobic exercises suitable for all levels of ability – so even if you haven’t exercised for a long time or you have a lot of weight to lose you can still join in.

My classes cost just £5.25 and there is a one-off joining fee of £10 for your membership and diet pack. If you are staying for the exercise session, the class lasts for 90 minutes.
